We are looking for a highly driven, collaborative, and relationship-focused Branch Executiveto lead broker engagement and drive profitable growth across the state of Georgia, with potential expansion into Alabama. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening our market presence and advancing strategic growth priorities in the region.

This Branch Executive will work with key brokers to represent the Global Risk Solutions (GRS) brand and all business segments, including Middle Market, Majors, and North America Specialty, within an assigned territory. Additionally, they will partner closely with internal underwriting leadership across GRS to foster strong communication and alignment in how we approach the market and enhance the ease of doing business for our broker partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the underwriting appetite and business strategy across all GRS segments and effectively articulate and represent these in the marketplace.
  • Foster mutually beneficial relationships with strategic broker partners in the assigned region to drive profitable growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of broker-facing marketing and communication plans, including events and targeted outreach.
  • Structure and lead product enablement initiatives aligned to regional growth strategies and market opportunities.
  • Prospect and cultivate new broker relationships, identifying additional areas of opportunity.
  • Align with overall GRS strategy; collaborate with peers, business partners, and the Regional Distribution Executive to support direct written premium, new business, submission activity, and retention goals.
  • Champion internal collaboration, promoting an environment focused on shared GRS success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with business leaders and underwriting teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and visibility into risks and opportunities for executive leadership.
Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile development methodologies as typically acquired through a Bachelors degree in relevant field (business, computer science, etc.) and a minimum of 10 years experience in business, engineering, technology and/or consulting. Masters degree preferred.
  • High level of proven business expertise needed to set clear priorities for product and understand business value impacts.
  • Technical proficiency required to oversee quarterly & sprint planning and to have an informed, independent voice.
  • Strong influencing skills to be seen as the decision maker when interfacing with business, and willingness to dissent with both teams and business.
  • Ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders through strong leadership skills
  • Ability to coach and inspire both direct reports and matrix teams.
  • Comfortable with making decisions with some level of uncertainty in a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to convey information clearly and concisely

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
