- Develop a broad understanding of finance and accounting duties to serve as both a contributor and back-up to critical roles and functions.
- Assist as AR, AP, and/or Payroll key support and backup associate.
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual parent company financial reporting process.
- Assist with the annual budgeting process, expense management, and cost allocation processes.
- Build and maintain financial models to support business initiatives and expense management.
- Support development of enhanced management financial reporting packages.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the overall enhancement of financial controls.
- Takes advantage of opportunities for professional growth and continued education.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality and a professional demeanor in the performance of duties.
