Commercial Lines Account Manager ERIE Insurance - IN OFFICE

We are seeking an additional Commercial Lines Account Manager with at least 3-5 years of experience to join our team IN_OFFICE in Leesburg, VA.   We offer competitive pay, a retirement plan with a match, paid holidays/time off, paid continuing education, and more.

Responsible for the servicing of assigned Commercial accounts, claims handling, and providing accurate and courteous service to insureds, sales representatives, and insurance companies regarding those accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned.

• Manage a $3-4 million book of business.
• Receive, document, and process all insured’s requests for service.
• Prepare and assist with all renewals and quotations in a timely manner.  
•  Keep abreast of new policies, coverages, etc., available to our agency and insured in order to provide proper coverage at competitive prices.
• Keep producers fully informed on all important activities on their accounts.
• Work with producers in reviewing and placing new business.
• Solicit new business when possible.
• Perform special requests and projects at management’s request on a timely basis, which may include outside visits and/or meetings.

• In-Office Full-time position available in Leesburg, VA.
• Vertafore/AMS360 experience preferred.
• Required experience: Commercial Insurance Lines 3-5 years
• P&C Licensed
• College degree preferred
