The Technical Support Analyst specializes in providing in person assistance to employee end users through technical expertise for hardware issues, management, and upgrades. Maintains and troubleshoots a range of user problems including PC hardware/software/LAN and voice network. Diagnoses problem source through discussions with users and coordinating with internal organization support and operations groups and/or with vendors to resolve problems. Acquires, installs, and upgrades PC components and software and planning for/responding to service outages and other problems. Trains users on use of new technology and software. A Supervisor of Support level employees. May include supervising offshore resources and/or contract resources.

  • Setting day-to-day operational objectives and KPIs for team.
  • Defining technical requirements
  • Managing quality issues
  • Handling routine problems, escalating when necessary
  • Ensuring IT Compliance policies and procedures are understood and followed
  • Reviewing Active Batch Jobs Daily / Checking Acknowledgement Files
  • Resending Failed Document (Document Rejection Queue)
  • Delete Nurse Notes in CW & RF entered in Error
  • User Access Audits
  • Add Approved GB Clients to Offshore Teams Access
  • Monitor GBCARE Technology Mailbox for NCM Support request
  • QA and UAT Testing
  • Admin Task: Deleting Reports, Invoices, Resending Invoices…Etc
  • Create, Modify and Test ReviewStat rules, monitor RS queues and SFTP Export files.
  • Equipment documentation (Asset Control)
  • Attend Vendor Partners Meetings and Conference Calls
  • Familiar with Cloud Computing (Azure)
  • Basic Database Architecture Knowledge
  • API / EDI Knowledge

About you


  • Typically requires minimum of 3 years of experience. May require vocational or technical education, or equivalent experience.
