Due to rapid expansion of our business, we have immediate openings for remote (work from home) Claims Adjusters to handle third-party personal lines automobile bodily injury claims.

To qualify for consideration, you must have an active Adjusters License issued by your state of residence and have a minimum of two years automobile bodily injury claims adjusting experience.

Requirements for Consideration: 

  • Active Adjusters License issued by your state of residence
  • Minimum three-years automobile bodily injury claims adjusting experience
  • Superior customer service skills, with a desire to help others
  • High degree of self-discipline and able to work independently  
  • Residence capable of supporting a defined workspace designed to eliminate interruptions and background noise during business hours
  • Wired broadband Internet connection    
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a desire to negotiate
  • Full understanding of, and ability to apply, comparative negligence
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Focused and driven to meet assigned goals and objectives
  • Proficiency with computers, including automated claims systems
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Typing skills of 40+ words per minute minimum

Preferred Attributes: 

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree is a plus Active
  • Texas Adjusters License is a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Spoken and written) is a plus
