Due to rapid expansion of our business, we have immediate openings for remote (work from home) Claims Adjusters to handle first and third-party automobile physical damage claims (Collison/Comprehensive/ Third-Party Property Damage).
To qualify for consideration, you must have an active Adjusters License issued by your state of residence and have a minimum of two years automobile physical damage claims adjusting experience.
Requirements for Consideration:
- Active Adjusters License issued by your state of residence
- Minimum two-years Coll/Comp/PD claims adjusting experience
- Superior customer service skills, with a desire to help others
- High degree of self-discipline and able to work independently
- Residence capable of supporting a defined workspace designed to eliminate interruptions and background noise during business hours
- Wired broadband Internet connection
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Strong negotiation skills, with a desire to negotiate
- Full understanding of, and ability to apply, comparative negligence
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Focused and driven to meet assigned goals and objectives
- Proficiency with computers, including automated claims systems
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Typing skills of 40+ words per minute minimum
Preferred Attributes:
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree is a plus Active Texas Adjusters License is a plus Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
