Responsibilities and Duties

· Receive inbound leads and collect quoting information

· Quote with multiple carriers to find the most appropriate policy

· Present quote and review questions with customers

· Bind coverage and collect documents needed to finalize policy

· Process renewal of existing accounts

· Cultivation and maintenance of referral partners

· No outbound sales required (or writing with Citizens)

Qualifications

· 3 years of personal lines experience required

· 2-20 or 4-40 license required

· Availability 8:30-5, Monday through Friday

· Bilingual is a plus

Software Used

· Agency Management System – Neon/Veruna (Salesforce)

· Phone – GoTo

· Communication – Microsoft Office (Outlook/Teams)

· Passwords - Lastpass
