ABOUT THE ASSOCIATE COMMERCIAL INSURANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER JOB

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Associate Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic company. This is a junior Level position and is well suited to an individual who is looking to advance their career. This position supports the Account Executive with responsibilities related to client management and retention. The position is hybrid and reports to our Iselin, NJ office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Account Executive in managing a book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance business, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time.
  • Support in handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
  • Review all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
  • Complete loss/claim analysis and summaries.
  • Coordinate expiration list with department manager to obtain renewal business information.
  • Growing client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing high levels of advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Two years of Commercial Lines experience with a Property & Casualty retail broker.
  • Property and Casualty License preferred.
  • Working knowledge of EPIC, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Excel and Zoom. Adobe and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Mid-level experience with Casualty/General Liability, Commercial Auto, Commercial Umbrella, Cyber Liability, Employment Practices Liability, and Property preferred.
  • A flexible team player who can solve problems has great communication skills is customer, detail, and goal oriented, and motivated.
