Qualifications and Skills

• Must have Property and Casualty license (220 or 440 Florida)
• At least 2 years of Property and Casualty insurance sales experience preferred
• Commercial insurance experience is a huge plus
• Confident self-starter
• Ability to cross sell existing clients with the initiative to exceed sales goals
• Must maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Must be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be self-motivated, hard-working, able to coach and have great attitude
• Must be a team player
• Having a established book of business is a huge plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
