About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team as a Staff Accountant. In this role you will provide a wide variety of accounting responsibilities for the company. Along with accurate AP/AR, you will have involvement with monthly audits, updating critical client information, producing various accounting and financial reports, and strong data manipulation deliverables.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with the monthly closing process to ensure accurate and timely results that meet GAAP standards
- Prepare account reconciliations ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare journal entries, research intercompany and other cost-sharing agreements
- Provide assistance with annual audit and budget preparation, maintaining key support schedules
Skills & Experience
- 5-7 years of accounting experience in a professional setting
- Ideal candidate will have some audit and strong data manipulation experience (Salesforce a plus)
- Strong experience in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Microsoft and advanced Excel skills preferred
Compensation, Benefits, & Perks
$70-80,000 + full benefits package + ability to work fully remote
