RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an Associate Account Executive to join our Property & Casualty client service team.  Responsibilities include:

  • Provide direct administrative support regarding renewals and service to the Account Executives to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
  • Perform routine account servicing tasks for the Commercial Property & Casualty book of business which may include handling endorsements and policy change requests; and coordinating policy checking as well as creating and distributing auto identification cards and certificates of insurance issuances.
  • Issue master certificates of insurance.
  • Handle renewal business and marketing initiatives including but not limited to – preparing submissions and proposals to share with the client; compiling binder / policy changes and contract data for the client; maintaining up to date policy / client information for proper invoicing and coordinating of loss run ordering.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the agency management system documentation to ensure adherence with Company policies and protocols.
  • Communicate with producers and/or clients to ensure the timely handling of policies and accurate recordkeeping.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 4 years of related commercial lines experience and a current broker’s license is required.
  • Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with ability to handle routine account servicing tasks / tight deadlines. 
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in particular).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
