Account Manager Personal Lines

Hill & Usher Insurance & Surety is looking for a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to service, support, and enhance an existing book of business. You will be part of a team of insurance professionals working together for an agency with a twenty-five year history of providing quality insurance products and exceptional customer experience to individuals and businesses throughout Arizona and neighboring states. We are looking to add team members who have a desire to grow personally and professionally.

Requirements:

• Be responsible for servicing and supporting a personal lines book of business
• Market/rate new and renewal accounts to carriers
• Maintain positive relationships with underwriters, service technicians and carrier field service representatives
• Maintain productive business relations and engage regular contact with clients
• Review current coverage details and provide recommendations regarding placement and coverage options
• Produce proposals and deliver presentations
• Review daily reports, change requests, claim notices, auto ID Cards, order MVR's and issue evidence and certificates - Process policy changes timely
• Review policies for accuracy. Prepare for in-person delivery or mail/email
• Create pre-renewal letters and summaries of insurance (renewals)
• Send renewal letters and update renewal information
