Inviting applications for the role of Recruiting & Credentialing Specialist in our Claims TPA Business
Inviting applications from experienced recruiting professionals to perform recruitment of 1099-Field Adjusters, Contractors and Adjusters to enhance our network through multiple channels, credentialing and onboarding them into various programs and facilitate their trainings. When required need to dispatch claim assignments and forwards communications. Candidate performs work at Genpact’s Sandy Spring office location (presently remote owing to Covid scenario). Working Hours are 9am-6pm. Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends when workload increases.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong network of field personnel - Inspectors, Contractors, Adjusters Dispatch claim assignments to the field inspectors or contractors Forward, setup, and stage various work related to dispatching and credentialing resources Follow up communications with resources relating to credentialing and dispatch Work with resource recruiting / credentialing to further build network coverage Assist with training of all desk and field personnel Work with technical teams and subject matter experts to develop various training videos to automate training activities, including orientations, quick reference and specialty message videos Maintain communication channels with other functions and Ops teams Establish periodic and frequent communications with field inspectors, contractors and adjusters to discuss changes and updates to claim handling protocols. Any other tasks assigned within the line of business.
Minimum qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment & credentialing roles Associate degree with skills transferable to position OR combination of two years in college education and experience relevant to position OR two years of relevant work experience. Vendor management, customer service, or sales experience. Effective phone presentation with ability to efficiently build connects, deliver information, and respond to questions of a varying nature Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage effectively across many competing and concurrent tasks Strong negotiation, facilitation and influencing skills Professional and courteous demeanor and ability to collaborate within teams
Preferred qualifications
- Deep understanding and experience in Sales / Relationship management Past recruiting & credentialing experience in the property insurance or claims TPA Business
