Part time 18 hours per week/On-site hours needed:  Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. ET

Job Summary
A large part of this job is working with print, i.e., loading paper, removing reports from the printers, bundling and delivering them.  In addition, responsibility to ensure daily service level agreements (SLA) are adhered to by completing daily checklist of tasks at prescribed times. Upon completion of checklists, provide support to the Supervisor, Computer Operations as directed. A mature, conscientious individual with a logical aptitude, concern for detail, and the ability to operate mechanical equipment with the ability to use and extract relevant information from operations manuals such as the procedures manual, job documentation, and various hardware and troubleshooting manuals. Required to pay attention to details, address deviations from normal processing including escalation of calls for support, following procedures and excellent customer service skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required. 
Experience: 0 - 1 years.
Knowledge: Little knowledge of the detailed aspects of the job. Some understanding of practices and procedures in a particular field i.e. accounting, claims.
Decision Making: Makes decisions within position standards, generally applying defined guidelines and procedures. However, some interpretation may be required in dealing with exceptions, such as choosing from two or more pre-defined alternative courses of action.
Supervision Received: Works under close supervision; work performance is frequently checked.
Leadership: Works as an individual contributor. Learns the details of the job.
Problem Solving /Operations/Direct Work Involvement: Applies knowledge to help solve routine problems requiring independent thinking with direction.
Client Contacts: Contacts are typically within own department and occasionally outside own organization. Typically involves providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation.

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.  Must have the ability to multi-task in a multi-platform environment. This includes, but is not limited to, observing functioning of equipment, detecting and reporting errors or equipment failures, and making console adjustments. 1-2 years experience in operating AS400 Midrange systems preferred.
