Claims Customer Service Rep – Full Time PERM Position - IN OFFICE ONLY 40 hrs.
In the Following Offices: Sarasota or Lake Mary, FL; Richardson, TX, or Indianapolis, IN
Our Client is urgently seeking a Claims Customer Service Representative with P&C Insurance experience Preferred.
Duties (some examples)
- obtain claims information in order to complete the Notice of Loss documents for all lines of business.
- responsible for all new claims and correspondence for all regions and all lines of business
- answers claim and provider inquiries, routing all other company related calls to the appropriate personnel and some administrative tasks to support the department.
Experience
* Two years of general clerical work or other work experience which led to the knowledge of claims processing.
* High School Diploma.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Advanced customer service skills, ability to handle high call volume.
* Minimum of 30 words per minute/typing.
* Bilingual in Spanish is a BIG PLUS!!!.
