Pittsburgh area consulting firm is seeking a Senior Level Consultant to manage the Employee Benefit programs for existing clients. The consultant will assist and advise clients on their group plans including medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. This is a hybrid remote/in-office position.
Responsibilities:
•Establish relationships and maintain contact with outside vendors
•Develop programs based on the needs of each individual client
•Assist with renewal proposals and open enrollments
Education and Experience:
•Bachelor’s Degree
•8-10 years with a brokerage or consulting firm
•Pennsylvania Life, Accident and Health License
