Combine culture with the realities of insurance being a stable, smart, and steadfast career path, and ALPS is worthy of your consideration.

ALPS is committed to growth and expanding nationally. As such, we are in immediate need of proven salespeople committed to serving the malpractice insurance needs of small law firms and solo attorneys nationally. We seek proven salespeople with a positive outlook, resiliency and self-discipline to perform outbound sales functions like call prospecting, email blasts, pipeline building and sales closing. Our management approach values hiring the right individuals from the onset, providing them the tools for success and the autonomy to chart their course and leverage their natural sales instincts.

Given the realities of sales, our expectation is to compensate well. We offer a strong base salary ($45,000), healthy commission structure (ability to earn increased base, 10% on premium sold and additional kicker option) and uncapped earning potential generally falling within the $75k - $100k range. In addition, ALPS employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package commensurate with an employer of choice, to include Activity Reimbursement (reimbursement to be active), time off, paid parental leave, a 6% 401k match and workplace flexibility.

Who are We: ALPS is the nation’s largest direct writer of lawyer’s malpractice insurance. The key to its success is its ability to meet and exceed the expectations of its customers, as evidenced by a 4.9 out of 5.0 star rating by Trustpilot, an independent review platform.

Requirements: Minimum Education: H.S. Diploma or equivalent and/or a combination of education and proven sales experience. Able to attain licensure to sell insurance or current state license.
