Product Analyst

Position can be at a Sr. level commensurate with experience. 

Drives the detailed development and rollout of new or enhanced Personal Lines property and casualty insurance products. Partners with the Product Strategy and Development Team to take the developed and vetted design of new product or pricing features, vendor tools, Value Adds and takes the necessary steps, including planning efforts, writing requirements, development of guidelines, marketing materials and reporting, to rollout the new solution in the applicable states. Partners with the Product Administration Team, Actuarial Team and State Teams to develop any necessary Rules and Filings. Establishes and takes a lead role on cross-functional teams required to execute the individual projects.

• Insurance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of actuarial and pricing concepts
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of market and regulatory research tools
• Strong internal and external relationship management skills
