Senior Operations Human Resources- Generalist will oversee the daily function of Human Resources Operations in one of three business verticals. The Generalist will provide human resources consultative services to all levels of employees within the business vertical by effectively coaching and supporting team members and managers. Will oversee employee relations, compensation, compliance, performance management, and benefit and leaves programs. The ideal candidate is experienced in benefits, FMLA, and ADA administration and will lead for the entire company at the corporate level. Hybrid position able to work in the office at least 3 days per week.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Leads and directs tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits and leave, performance and talent management, disputes and investigations, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to assesses and maximize workforce performance.
- Attends and participates in team member disciplinary meetings, separations, and investigations.
- Leads training and development of supervisors and managers.
- Assists managers and supervisors in understanding and implementing company policies related to performance management and related topics
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
- Develops and pursues new goals and objectives for improvement in areas of employee relations.
- Counsel employees on concerns related to applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and other similar federal and state laws.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Thorough understanding of human resources and labor relations principles, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn Paylocity.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of related experience required, including two years in a supervisory position.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
