Liability Adjuster Florida

Our TPA Client is hiring  an experienced BI GL/All Lines Liability adjuster for a Temp to Perm Hire.  Minimum 3 years related experience!!

This can be a remote position for the right candidate who resides in the state Florida or in office in one of their Central Florida locations.

Primary responsibilities of this position will be to adjust liability claims for self-insured clients involving Automobile, General Liability, Property and Professional Liability losses for government municipalities. Requires thorough and complete investigation to determine coverage and liability decisions. 
 

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Investigate and evaluate coverage, liability, and damages in handling of all lines of coverage
• Evaluate and negotiate fair and equitable settlements
• Maintain proper reserves on all claims
• Report claims to excess carrier(s) as required
•  
• Requirements:
• At least three years of BI claims experience
• 3+ years’ experience with Litigated claims & Coverage Decisions
• Municipality commercial liability claims experience A++
• All-Lines Florida License
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• If working remote, must be fully set up to work from home- prefers 3+ years of remote adjusting experience

Pay based on experience: to $60K per year + Benefits
