About the Role

One of the Southeast’s largest independent agencies has an immediate job opening in the client service team. As Senior Commercial Surety Account Manager, your work is focused on supporting the Georgia group’s commercial and contract bonds portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities

This is a very active search team that will keep you challenged on a daily basis. It’s really a perfect trifecta of processing, placing & underwriting bonds. Here are some additional details

• Handle account management responsibilities including billing, policy changes, and coverage questions
• Prepare surety submissions, process incoming requests, review quotes, execute bonds, & deliver to clients
• Handle all accounting/billing-related issues including invoicing, resolving discrepancies, and monitoring aged receivables

Skills & Experience

• Successful experience in client service or underwriting handling commercial bonds at an independent insurance agency or carrier
• Georgia state insurance license or able to obtain one within three months of hire
