Fast Track AUTO Adjuster- PERM- In Sarasota, FL

We are currently seeking 2 Fast Track Adjusters for our client in Sarasota, FL, to handle all first party glass claims and a low volume of auto physical damage first party claims.

Florida All Lines Adjuster License A+++ but not required.
 

Job Duties

• Obtain claim related information via phone, email, fax and/or mail to resolve all first party glass claims. Handles glass claims from start to closing, to include researching coverage, entering the claim, following up with vendors, and meeting or exceeding the monthly Closing Ratio
• Learn to investigate and adjust a low volume of Auto Physical Damage claims daily.

• Analyze information, researches and identifies proper coverage’s, taking statements when required. Resolves auto claims involving low complexity and no bodily injury.

This position will be located in their office in Sarasota, FL.
 

Required
* High school or equivalent.
* One year of relevant experience.
* Basic claim & ImageRight systems knowledge.
* Advanced customer service skills, ability to handle high call volume.
* Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, prioritization, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgment and decision-making.
 

Pay is hourly: $16-$20/hr based on experience--some OT may be available PLUS Benefits
