We are currently seeking a Resource Manager to join our Team in our Alpharetta, GA office. This dynamic role plays an integral part in driving the organization’s field contractor recruiting and resource management needs to support business growth objectives.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide daily oversight to the allocation, control, and completion of contractor resource recruitment efforts for regional and territory locations
- Collaborate with senior leadership and field management to understand resource requirements to develop resourcing strategies to analyze and report recruiting results to support organizational metrics and goals
- Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for subcontractor recruiting
- Work with key stakeholders to define contractor resource needs by region and territory to maximize and maintain bandwidth capabilities
- Manage performance metrics and professional development for the Resource Team
Job Requirements
- Bachelors or equivalent level of experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional hands-on work experience with
- Proven experience in resource management related to field operations
- Experience within the insurance industry preferred.
- Ability to lead, manage and develop workflow process for subcontractor recruiting
- Familiarity with social media applications/outlets
- Excellent geographical knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and customer service communication skills
- Ability to manage and organize multiple, high priority projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to develop, mentor and coach team members for growth
