Customer Service Representative 

We are requesting a courageous, hard-working Customer Service Representative to join Estrella. 

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service by assisting customers, establishing new customer relationships and strengthening existing customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bilingual - fluent in both English and Spanish
• 4-40 and 2-20 Licenses
• Customer service experience
• Responsible for addressing client, patient and/or provider inquiries via email, fax, telephonic, or written correspondence ensuring adherence to contractual and state guidelines as well as client instructions 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office including Outlook and Excel.
