Independent insurance agency in Cleveland is actively seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to work closely with their agency producers on a large book of business.
Responsibilities:
•Daily correspondence with clients and producers
•Policy maintenance; processing endorsements, issuing certificates, binders and invoices
•Policy reviews and renewal proposals
•Cross-selling and up-selling current customers
Qualifications:
•Ohio Property & Casualty License
•2+ years agency experience
•Knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance
