Great West Casualty Company is hiring for a Customer Service Representative at our Willowbrook, IL Joe Morten & Son agency.

Position Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The primary purpose of this job is to provide office and sales support assistance for Account Representatives and insureds, to respond to insureds requests for information, services, quotes and permits/authority/licensing and perform other clerical duties as assigned.

This is a career you should consider if you have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent coursework.
• A minimum of six years of progressive work experience with extensive public contact.
• A willingness to obtain a P&C license within the first 90 days of employment.
