About the Role

As a High Net Worth Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll join an established service team that is growing and at capacity with current accounts.  This position offers a challenging step forward if you want to work on more affluent, high net worth accounts. Here are some additional job specs:

  • Agency: The company also offers a great private company culture; you’ll work in a 16-person team of sales and service professionals. 
  • System: Sagitta or similar agency management system.
  • Responsibilities: Service existing personal lines accounts (home, auto, etc.). Prepare renewals and remarket quotes as needed with standard and private client group personal lines markets. 
  • Compensation: Target $60k-$80k depending on experience
  • Schedule: Currently this position is 100% work-from-home however they have a return to work plan in place to come back into the office sometime this year, so applicants need to be able to live and work in Houston.

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role you must offer:

  • Service exposure with private client group homeowners, auto and umbrella as a CSR or Account Manager
  • Preference given to candidates with familiarity placing business with Chubb, AIG and PURE
  • State insurance license

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks

$60k-$80k salary range depending on experience.
