• Prepare large loss reports, reservation of right letters, denials and release of all parties
• Communicates with policyholders, witnesses, and claimants in order to gather information regarding claims and refers tasks to auxiliary resources as necessary.
• Work with litigated files and attorney represented claims
• Negotiates settlements within authority level  and explain denials to policyholders and claimants.
