Commercial Lines Assistant
We are seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant that will act as a liaison, provide products & services, maintain full understanding of customer programs and processes for assigned customers and assist in resolving issues that may arise pertaining to our customer’s needs. The candidate for this role will have excellent people skills, organizational skills, and a drive to provide a high level of customer service.
The candidate will be working with Account Mgrs. and Commercial Sales Reps. on the servicing and processing of new and renewal policies, endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements; certificates of insurance, and ID cards. The selected candidate will help support the efforts of our Commercial Front Lines staff as needed.
All candidates MUST HAVE 1+ yrs. of INDEPENDENT AGENCY EXPERIENCE!!!!
equirements:
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to consistently process transactions accurately
- Knowledge of agency management systems (Applied EPIC or AMS 360). AMS 360 preferred.
- Competent in use of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Property and Casualty license required
- 1+ years of agency experience required
