As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, you will support the Account Executive with client management and retention. Responsible for handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies. Will review all applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy.
- Property & Casualty License required.
- 2+ years of Personal Lines experience
- Experience with a variety of insurance carriers is helpful
- Ability to handle a high volume book of business
- Proficient in Applied/Epic Agency Software system is preferred.
