Director of Sales and Business Development

Our client is looking for an energetic, innovative leader to join their team as the Director of Sales and Business Development. This role will report to the Chief Executive Officer and work with the marketing department to promote company products and generate Life and Annuity sales.
 
Responsibilities:
•Build and maintain solid client relationships throughout territory
•Manage and organize agency training programs
•Develop creative business plans in accordance with company goals
•Perform market analysis to identify trends and adjust sales strategies as needed
•Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns through effective sales initiatives
 
Qualifications:
•5+ years in a sales or marketing role
•3+ years of management and leadership experience
•Thorough knowledge of life insurance and annuity products
•Bachelor’s Degree preferred
