Commercial National Account Sales Executive
This newly created role is responsible for generating and growing new business opportunities assigned from the top 50 P&C carriers and large strategic accounts primarily focused on contacting and working with corporate Risk Managers nationally. Prefer someone coming from regional or national Restoration, TPA or Independent Claims organization.
Responsibilities
• Formulates and executes business development strategies around new business acquisition
• Develops relationships within high commercial companies dealing with their Risk Manager or Claims department leaders.
• Manages a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business, closure rate, and actual revenue.
• Responsible for generating leads and managing the sales process, in order to convert new clients while engaging subject matter experts when necessary.
• Identification and process management of all RFP’s and RFI’s related to new business • Plans, directs, and manages sales and marketing activities reflecting customer trends, market fluctuations, and changes in business practices/technology.
• Participates in client renewal, contract revision, and client service parameters.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8-10 years of professional experience in P&C Claims servicing or Property Restoration business
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• A strong record of success managing and achieving sales goals within a team selling environment.
