Vice President of Operations
Our client is a well financed national Property and Casualty carrier located in Florida that is looking to hire a Vice President of Operation, a newly created role reporting to the President. This is a highly visible executive opportunity allowing you to assist in the continued growth and success of the overall organization.
You will be responsible for managing all daily insurance operational aspects of the company while teaming with senior leadership in the successful growth and servicing of the company’s policyholders nationally.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university
- Master’s degree or CPCU preferred.
- 8-10 years related experience with a Property & Casualty Insurance Company preferably within a medium size Property organization.
- Must have P&C operational management experience
- This role will require a roll up the sleeves management style with initially no direct reports
- Licensed 2-20 agent a plus.
