Our client is seeking a Construction Specialist to join their growing team.
Responsible for renewal process on existing business. Evaluate assigned client coverage portfolio to implement cross selling opportunities and solicitation of additional lines of coverage. Service accounts and provides claims assistance as needed. Analyze exposure base to identify program deficiencies and develop proper marketing strategies. Complete applications, obtain quotes, negotiate premiums, develop coverage comparisons, and prepare proposals and presentations. Bind coverage, prepare binders and delegate certificates. Reviews coverage and determines appropriate level of coverage.
- Extensive knowledge of insurance coverage products, including Builders Risk, OCP, Railroad Protective, Environmental and Professional Liability, Worker’s Compensation and General Liability.
- Knowledge of Contractual Risk Transfer
- Property & Casualty License required
