• Required Experience: Prior client service experience managing middle market Commercial P&C policies. The book is generalist in nature. The agency writes a lot of industrial business (construction, manufacturing, distribution, etc.) as well as professional services (retail, healthcare, non-profits, social services, etc.)
• Marketing & Client Management: Proactively manage the overall workflow for the assigned book of business assigned. Handle all lines of commercial insurance for accounts and serve as the main client point of contact.
• Compensation: $65k-$85k target salary range
• Location: Tucson

Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish solid client relationships and manage the delivery of services along with answering questions from clients about coverage, billing, and endorsements
• Identify important client needs as well as cross selling opportunities and effectively communicate those needs to the sales team
• Coordinate the administrative activity of client accounts like certificates, id cards, and applications as they relate to renewals and claims
• Grow relationships with underwriters and marketing contacts to help work through renewal negotiations, coverage gaps, claims issues and additional services or policy purchases.

Skills & Experience

• At least three (3) years of commercial insurance experience
• Active state insurance license

Compensation & Benefits

• $65k-$85k target salary range depending on experience
