In this position, you will:

• Manage an inventory of 70-90 claims files while providing exceptional customer service.
• Travel within your region for mediations and trials.
• Retain and direct defense counsel.
• Utilize your negotiation skills to maneuver claims towards resolution.

Qualifications:

• Litigation and mediation experience preferred.
• Experience handling bodily injury claim files. Commercial claims experience is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated success in exercising independent decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation competency.
• Knowledge of evaluating injury exposures.
• Above-average teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
