This role will be hired as part of the M Financial Group Magnet Program and will work with leaders from our Member Firms, M Financial Group, and top professionals in the industry; will have an executive mentor, elite sales training, access to exclusive carrier plans, coaching and peer support. Requirements

  • Experience working in a client-facing role, preferably in a consultative sales role
  • The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial sales environment with a high level of autonomy, independence, and interpersonal collaboration
  • Passion about becoming an insurance and financial service professional and obtaining registrations, licensing, and/or certifications relevant to the life insurance and financial services industry (Including Series 6, 7, Series 63)
  • Commitment to complete a two-year sales and industry training and development program for new Professionals
  • A strong code of professional ethics and integrity
  • Relevant transferable work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
