National Manager, Brokerage Excess Casualty - Remote
Growing and Profitable Property and Casualty Insurance Company is seeking a National Manager for Excess Casualty Brokerage accounts. Candidates will manage a full service P&C operation including underwriting, marketing, claims, operations, loss control etc. This is a unique opportunity to build a regional operation for a financially solid and growing company with a long history of an employee centric culture.
Qualifications:
- Successful track record of leading a branch or regional Excess Casualty Brokerage operation
- A minimum of 10 years of underwriting and marketing experience in large Excess Casualty Brokerage accounts
- Some experience leading a contract binding unit is a plus, but must be fluent in the brokerage accounts
- Bachelors degree required
- Excellent leadership and communications skills
- Strong strategic marketing skills
- Ability to develop broker relationships
