Required Qualifications:

»5 years of estimating structural losses from the field using Xactimate from initial loss to settlement »Experience with claims up to $500k in value »Prepare reports of findings and negotiate settlements »Appropriately apply knowledge of applicable state statutes, including the insurance code of ethics, rules, regulations, and guidelines »Discusses strategies and attend litigation triage meetings, mediations, and examinations under oath when appropriate »Ability to travel
