Job Description:
Our client, a leading Insurance company, is currently seeking to add a Director of Workers' Compensation to their Pennsylvania operations. This person would be responsible for leading and directing the Workers' Compensation department to ensure company goals and objectives. This will include client relations, evaluating department trends, implementing objectives/goals for accounts, attending client meetings, and ensure the delivery of timely, high quality customer service. Required Qualifications:
»10+ years of Workers' Compensation claims experience »5+ years of Claims Management or Account Management experience »Excellent verbal and written communication skills »Must have experience working for an Insurance Carrier and/or a TPA »Strong knowledge of Workers' Compensation claims regulations and jurisdictional law
