Data Scientist Intern – PR11203

Data Scientist Intern opportunity in New Jersey, Texas, or Iowa. Support R&D initiatives involving Property & Casualty insurance prototyping and modeling; analyze data as well as evaluate machine learning and statistical  techniques; design, build, and implement ML systems; train end-users on new models; collaborate with predictive modelers, data analysts, actuaries,  and IT colleagues. Candidate must be in midst of obtaining a Ph.D. (in Statistics, Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field) and have excellent business and communication skills; experience working with R, SQL, or SAS required; must be available to work 2 day/week during school year and 4 day/week during summer.
