Product Management Leadership Position

Our firm has been retained by an “A” rated, growing carrier who is ranked among Fortune’s top 100 places to work in the U.S. as voted on by employees.  They have a newly created, very unique Personal Lines Product Leadership position that will lead the product management of all personal lines products for several states.  This position will have full P&L ownership and strategic responsibilities of their states, as well as assisting to direct the entire product management organization.  This position will have leadership responsibilities coaching and mentoring Analysts and will serve as the #2 product management leader for the company.  This high-profile position is an opportunity to have significant impact and direct change in a low bureaucratic environment.  There is strong opportunity for career advancement as well.
