Compliance Analyst - Senior Level

Our client; a Blue-Chip, Industry Leading, Financially Solid, Insurance Carrier, Experiencing Exponential Growth, is adding to staff in their Corporate Compliance Department. We are seeking minimum 3 years of legal, compliance insurance experience.

Responsibilities:

- Draft coverage forms and endorsements for assigned lines of business applying insurance best practices and working in consultation with Compliance and/or Underwriting Department personnel as appropriate.

- Assists senior level Corporate Compliance personnel with conducting research and providing guidance on a wide range of statutory/regulatory compliance requirements impacting Company products.

- Assists senior level Corporate Compliance personnel with the preparation and review of negotiated indemnity agreements and other attendant underwriting documents for all lines of business.

- Review legal resources, including state publications, statutes, and regulations, and advise appropriate internal personnel concerning the impact of such changes to the Company.

- Research regarding regulatory matters and other issues, as needed in response to compliance-related inquiries from Company personnel.

- Research and liaison with underwriting department for assigned lines of insurance.
