About the Role
The Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager is a great way to propel your client management career forward. Working for one of Phoenix’s most progressive agencies, this position offers training in systems processing, billing, and assistance to account managers on large account, risk management team. This position is located north of Phoenix in the Glendale and Scottsdale areas.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and process insurance documents and presentations as determined by the account managers
- Process renewal applications and gather loss run information
- Update presentations, files, and database information
- Handle all billing and invoicing
- Create certificates of insurance
Skills & Experience
- General knowledge of property and casualty insurance coverage and terminology
- Experience can be with an insurance agency in a customer service representative role or in underwriting support for a carrier or wholesale broker
- Task oriented, ability to prioritize workloads, and possess excellent organizational skills
