WCCA’s team is a direct in-house risk management team for all of its Clients.

Position:    Claim Assistant

• Responsible for assisting  2 Senior Risk Managers with their claim inventory.
• Make phone calls to Medical Provider’s to secure work status’ and treatment plans
• Communicate medical status updates  to employers
• Data Entry as needed-  Manual Entry of Claims & Financial information.
• Complete various tasks on claims as  assigned by Risk Managers
• Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace with minimal supervision-

Requirements:  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Outlook etc.
• Trainable
