Commercial Sales Producer / Sales Manager - Dallas-Fort Worth
Growing and profitable Property and Casualty Insurance brokers is seeking a Commercial Lines Sales Producer for their Fort Worth operation. Candidates will be responsible for building a book of business and then managing additional sales producers as the agency grows . Our client is looking for someone who is highly motivated and energetic with strong sales skills within the Property and Casualty Insurance arena. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' successful experience in commercial insurance sales
• Prefer someone with experience with construction or energy accounts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills'
• Strong leadership capability and desire to train producers
• Proficiency with AMS 360 is a plus
• 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
