Senior Product Development Analyst

Our client, a well- respected property/casualty specialty insurance provider, has an opening for a Sr. Product Development Analyst in their Portland, OR office. This position is an addition to staff. This is a small department so the position is highly visible. This position cannot be remote but analyst can work from home at least 1 day per week.

This position will be responsible for supporting the Underwriting Business Units in the management, maintenance and development of Commercial Multi-line products for admitted and non-admitted business. Must be detail oriented and have knowledge of contracts and experience in developing and revising insurance forms and keeping current on regulatory changes.

The ideal candidate:

• College Degree preferred
• Insurance designation(s) +
• 3+ years of proven commercial lines product development experience
• Strength in reviewing and analyzing ISO forms
• E&S and program experience+
• Experience with Professional Liability/E&O Products +++
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong analytical, problem solving, project management (non IT) and communication skills
