Assist in pricing reinsurance treaties and running property catastrophe models; interact with underwriters; use SQL and Cat modeling software (AIR, RMS, TigerEye, etc.); present reports to senior management.
Ideal candidate has passed 1-3 CAS exams and has 0-2 years of P&C actuarial or cat modeling experience; SQL, R, or Python programming skills a plus; familiarity with catastrophe modeling software a plus (not required); must be dynamic, entrepreneurial, articulate, and self-motivated.
