The Casualty Claims Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing organizational and daily support to the Corporate Casualty team, with clerical and administrative duties to optimize workflow procedures. This includes preparation of letters, mailings, assistance with data entry for claim file management as well as compiling, tracking, and maintaining data logs and reports.
Qualified candidates will have 2 years insurance claims experience or Paralegal or administrative support experience in an Insurance Defense Law Firm. Excellent communication, customer service and insurance skills are required. Legal technical knowledge is a plus. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills are required.
