About the Role
The Claims Management Professional is responsible for the oversight, coordination and direction of the Claims departments. Drives cost-effective operations that supports the corporate strategic objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Directs the day-to-day operations of the claims department. Directs senior department management in the utilization of staff and facilities to maximize efficient performance. Directs or assists in the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures appropriate to the day-to-day operation of the department.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 11 years of professional experience in property and casualty insurance claims required
- 6 years of the 11 years of experience must have been specifically in workers’ compensation claims
- 8 years of demonstrated success in a supervisory or managerial position
Compensation & Perks
